General Job Duties:

Manage and lead day-to-day repair department work flow, work assignments and production goals

Maintain Work Order productivity throughput to management defined standards.

Assist in direct daily production as required.
-

Coach and train employees on all equipment and production procedures.
-
Coordinate work priorities and timelines with Production Manager.
-
Monitor employee attendance and resolve employee issues.
-
Monitor and measure employee productivity according to Management standards.
-
Demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in completing all repairs and alterations as defined by company standards.
-
Demonstrate proficiency on all sewing machines.
-
Identify, document and implement efficiency standards.
-
Maintain and update written company Repair Process and Procedure Guide for all disciplines according to company and industry standards.
-
Enforce company policies and procedures.
-
Maintain sewing equipment per company schedule and develop working knowledge for general repair.

Develop strong working knowledge of internal PPE Ledger Tracking System:
-
Answer customer phone calls and interface with walk-in customers in a professional manner.

Assist in packaging and shipping orders as needed.
-
Complete special projects as directed.
-
Focus on efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements:
-
Education: High School Diploma and Undergraduate degree
-
Strong computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and 6+ Microsoft Word.

Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate staff directions and employee concerns in a concise and timely manner.
-
High degree of detail orientation and conscientiousness concerning the timely completion of assignments.
-
Project Management ownership and the responsibility of coordination and execution.
-
Responsive team player with the ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing and changing tasks.
