Mon-Fri - 1st Shift

Pay Range:

$17-20 BOE

General Job Duties:

Interacts with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services

Processes new client accounts, verifies account information, maintains customer accounts and files documents and other paperwork

Places or cancels orders

Greets customers warmly and ascertains problems

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within the bounds of authority; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Takes payment and other pertinent information

Handles product recalls

Informs customer of promotions

Provides product and service information to assist customers in making a decision about a product to buy

Generates sales leads

Utilizes computer technology

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction

Works with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

Be a minimum of 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule

2+ years experience in Customer Service

Have dependable transportation to and from job site

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
