General Job Duties:

  • Enter, correct, and keep warehousing operations data in a daily/weekly basis to compute Key Performance Indicators (KPI S) such as, but not limited to loading and unloading track times, dock utilization, number of client schedule with appointments, arrival and departure times, and number of loads and unloads performed by forklift operators.

  • Keep records of clientele interactions or transactions such as details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

  • Compile accurate billing information and send it to Finance/Accounting Department on a weekly basis.

  • Oversees the accurateness of inventory records in floor and yard.

  • Coordinate warehouse appointment schedules efficiently on daily basis based on priority scales between El Paso and Cd. Juarez (Traffic/Customer Service department) Locations.

  • Audit established customer processes such as merchandise amount, part/batch/lot numbers, physical merchandise count vs. packing list/slip reports.

  • Create Delivery Orders and Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience (Minimum of 1 Year)

  • Experience with pallet wrap machines, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment

  • Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers

  • Beable to work a full-time but flexible schedule

  • Be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

  • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed

  • Maintain a friendly, customer service oriented approach to supervisors, co-workers and customers

  • Provide own clothing: jeans or solid pants with collared shirt and steel-toed boots
